At Barista Sista we carefully hand-roast all our coffee onsite with love. We offer 13 different varieties using only high-quality beans. You can order the coffee of the day or choose your favourite from the menu including single origin, blends, cold drip or decaf.
Our signature Barista Sista House Blend, which was the AUS/NZ Golden Bean 2019 Bronze Winner, is a well-rounded coffee. Medium in body with slight caramel, nutty overtones and a mild finish, this coffee is sure to delight.

Our menu offers delicious gluten free, raw and vegan options.
With a variety of gluten free, raw and vegan options, we offer a menu that caters for a wide range of dietary needs and tastes. Don’t worry though, we still offer local Barossa grown bacon and eggs for those of you who want a hearty breakfast.
Many of our treats are baked on site, providing that homely, warm and oh so delicious taste our customers have come to love. Why not come in and try some of our popular muffins or raw vegan gluten free cakes.
